Engineered Concepts’ company benefits include the availability of a group medical and dental insurance program for our employees and their dependents. While on the job, each employee is covered for work-related injury by Workers’ Compensation insurance. We provide other benefit programs that include a basic long-term disability insurance policy on each employee. We also have available a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) group savings plan that operates similar to a 401K plan. Other company benefits include a minimum 2-weeks (10 working days) paid vacation leave, and up to 1-week (5 working days) paid personal leave. We also provide ten paid holidays that include New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2-days), and Christmas (3-days).
