Project included the foundation design for a new seven-color printing press. The press was placed on sub-standard soils and required deep auger-cast piles for support of the press. Engineered Concepts was the prime design firm for the client. The project construction was completed in 1992.
2. Die-Cutter and Slitter Machine Foundations – Etta Packaging Company, Marion, NC
Project included the foundation designs for both a new die-cutter and slitter machines. Each machine was placed on a supported second floor inside an existing building. Engineered Concepts was the prime design firm for the client. The project construction was completed in 1994.
3. BG 3800 Machine Foundation – Etta Packaging Company, Marion, NC
Project included a foundation design for a new BG 3800 cutting machine inside an existing plant. Engineered Concepts was the prime design firm for the client on this project. The project construction was completed in 1996.
