Engineered Concepts provides engineering services to clients on projects requiring investigations and evaluations of buildings, residences, and miscellaneous structures. These services include the evaluation of structural failures, the evaluation of building envelopes, or the general evaluation of an existing building or structure. EC has evaluated structures including timber, steel, and concrete; and building envelopes including brick and stone masonry, EIFS, and glass curtain walls. We provide the engineering expertise required to evaluate and design a proper remediation to correct or repair an existing condition. EC has completed numerous remediation projects to repair deteriorated concrete, repair EIF systems, repair brick and stone masonry systems, repair deteriorated steel and timber structures, and repair waterproofing systems.
