Engineered Concepts provides engineering services to clients requiring the analysis and design of specialty structures including temporary earth retention systems, specialty foundation systems, and glass curtain wall systems. We have successfully designed earth retention wall systems using sheet piles, soldier piles, and soil nailing; and more conventional earth retention systems including gravity retaining walls and segmental retaining walls. EC has experience in the design of specialty foundations including underpinning systems using micro piles, friction piles, timber cribbing, and helical piers. Our engineers have worked for years with the glass curtain wall industry in the analysis and design of aluminum mullions for the support of multi-story glass wall systems.
