Hamlet Train Depot and Museum
Rehabilitation of this building included structural stabilization and relocation to a new site across the existing tracks. The Depot now sits on a new cast-in-place concrete foundation/basement. This Victorian Queen Anne Train Station currently serves as an active passenger depot and museum.

An adaptive reuse of this former RJ Reynolds tobacco factory, the new building program includes 235,000 square feet of mixed use lab and office space. EC provided structural engineering and façade restoration design for this LEED Platinum project.
